Qualifications

  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist (Massachusetts) with NBRC accreditation.
  • Minimum 1 year as Pulmonary Program Coordinator or similar role in skilled nursing.
  • Proficient in Point Click Care, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility regulations (state & federal).
  • Strong leadership, communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pulmonary Program initiatives across multiple facilities.
  • Travel daily to 5 facilities, onsite with limited remote work.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and PPCs to meet quality measures.
  • Develop, educate and implement new programs for facilities.
  • Mentor and onboard PPCs and coordinate weekly calls.
