Stewart & Stevenson is seeking a Regional Rental Service Manager to oversee the Rental Service Department across the region from our Houston, TX facility. This role requires ensuring fleet readiness, safety, and efficient operations while coordinating with Account Managers and technicians.

Based at the Power Rental Facility in Houston, the role demands strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED with 7–10 years related experience.
• Technical Certification or college degree preferred.
• Experience leading a shop/field service team.
• Experience with customer service/satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the Rental Service Department in the region.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments at locations.
• Plan yard and field schedules to complete jobs on time.
• Assure adequate labor and supplies for fleet readiness.
• Assist with parts lookup, sourcing, and stock maintenance.
• Review rental orders and time sheets for accuracy and billable items.
