Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous parts, warehouse, service, rental, automotive, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand parts diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to use computers, email, inventory/work order systems, vendor portals, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for pricing, quantities, taxes, freight, margins, and totals.
• Valid driverb9s license.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, quote, and order parts for maintenance and rental equipment.
• Support technicians by locating parts for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Process parts requests via phone, email, walk-in, work order, or system.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory levels and stock critical items.
• Receive shipments, label, stock items, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Issue parts to work orders, rental units, or service teams.
• Track backorders, warranty parts, and returns.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to source quality parts at best price.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized parts room.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
