Stewart & Stevenson is seeking a Regional Rental Service Manager based in Houston, TX, to oversee the Rental Service Department operations across the region. The role focuses on fleet readiness, safety, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate parts sourcing, manage labor, and work with Account Managers to align job scopes with fleet requirements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and 7–10 years related, verifiable experience required.
• Technical Certification in a related field or equivalent college degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Rental Service Department operations in the region.
• Ensure safety training and standards are in place and followed.
• Manage labor and supplies to maintain fleet readiness and productivity.
• Assist Account Managers with job scope, fleet needs, and job walks.
• Review and validate Rental Orders and time sheets for accuracy and billability.
