Job summary

You will engage senior decision makers across mobility, HR, procurement, treasury, and operations to forge durable relationships and negotiate long-term agreements.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of economic, lending, housing, and relocation market environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with large employers, government agencies, or relocation managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and expand partnerships with key decision makers.
• Create and execute long-term prospecting strategies for priority accounts.
• Increase awareness and adoption of the Corporate Home Lending Program.
• Lead sales meetings with prospects, clients, and internal leaders.
• Negotiate and manage long-term contractual relationships that drive volume.
• Forecast volume and profitability targets and track progress.
• Mentor sales and operations partners to improve client satisfaction.
• Draft partner communications and marketing materials aligned to goals.
