Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Pacific West Program Manager within Global Real Estate to drive end-to-end cross-functional GRE initiatives across the region, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with regional strategy. You will manage stakeholders, budgets, and schedules while maintaining governance and KPI reporting.

Reporting to the Regional Real Estate Manager, you will own portfolio delivery, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, with regular travel to portfolio

Qualifications

• 7+ years in real estate, workplace, construction/project delivery, or related experience.
• Proven ownership of a regional portfolio/program with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of real estate KPIs, occupancy standards, and reporting metrics.
• Proficient in executive-ready deliverables and governance materials; skilled with PM tools like PM Web and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages to senior leaders.
• Experience leading complex projects, driving process improvement, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio delivery performance of assigned territory; accountable for strategy execution, governance, escalations, and service consistency.
• Set regional real estate strategy and roadmap based on LOB demand and utilization insights.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio planning and prioritization, translating strategy into funded, executable delivery.
• Serve as the LOB interface for all project-related communications and issue resolution.
• Deliver end-to-end regional programs with disciplined intake, approvals, and on-time/on-budget execution.
• Optimize portfolio health through consolidations, backfills, and other value actions.
• Maintain proactive market coverage via stakeholder engagement, pipeline reviews, and risk escalation.
• Own regional operating cadence and reporting (KPIs, milestones, financials/chargebacks) to support decisioning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GRE and business partners to accelerate decisions and mitigate risk.
• Ensure strong controls and executive-ready communications.
