• 1 year or more of BRM or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products with market awareness.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and act independently when needed.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with revenue of $1-$5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Identify and promote solutions aligning with client needs and portfolio profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their offices.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs and manage risk.
