Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct lending or credit support experience
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services including credit, treasury, international banking, and FX
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources across lines of business and geographies
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; build credibility with senior partners

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and customer centricity for multinational corporations, Global Passport clients, early-stage ventures, and innovation economy sectors across tech, life sciences, fintech, and other high-growth areas
• Stay current with industry trends to identify cross-border and partnership opportunities for early-stage and innovation economy clients
• Drive new client acquisition with emphasis on Global Passport referrals, venture-backed startups, and high-growth multinationals
• Deliver comprehensive solutions including credit facilities, treasury management, international banking, FX hedging, trade finance, and capital markets access
• Partner across JPMorgan lines of business to serve the full lifecycle needs of early-stage and scaling multinational clients
• Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion while building trusted advisor relationships with founders, CFOs, and treasury leaders
• Manage credit underwriting, deal structuring, and documentation for cross-border exposures and complex operating models
