Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop Patient Access Specialists to achieve business goals.
• Direct Patient Access team in providing reimbursement education and using PHI for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans to support benefits investigation and prior authorization for neuroscience products.
• Provide communication and motivation to district members to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure team training on compliance regulations.
