Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Manager in Miami to lead a district of Patient Access Specialists and drive reimbursement education for neuroscience products.

You will direct the team to translate benefits investigations and prior authorizations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high performance. The role requires 8+ years in reimbursement, a strong CMS/part B knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

8+ years in reimbursement and managed care
Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS knowledge
Will travel up to 75% overnight
Must live within territory boundaries
Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the skills and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve or exceed goals.
Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
Develop plans to translate benefits investigations and prior authorization processes for neuroscience products.
Provide communication and motivation to the district toward delivering customer expectations.
Ensure team training and compliance with regulatory requirements.
