Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Manager in Denver to lead the patient access team and drive reimbursement education for neuroscience products.

You will manage specialists, develop plans for benefits investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting territory growth. The role requires extensive experience in reimbursement and access leadership, with travel up to 75% and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight up to 75%.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve business goals.
• Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans to support benefits investigation and prior authorization for neuroscience products.
• Provide communication and motivation to the district to deliver customer expectations.
• Ensure team compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
