Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Manager to drive launch success for patient access initiatives within the territory. You will lead and develop Patient Access Specialists, ensuring reimbursement education and PHI leverage support neuroscience product access goals.

The role requires extensive reimbursement knowledge, CMS policy familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 75%. You will align with compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/ Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel overnight up to 75%.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve goals.
• Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans to support benefits investigations and prior authorization processes for neuroscience products and administration/observation.
• Provide communication and motivation to all members of the district toward delivering customer expectations.
