Job summary
Syneos Health in Denver, CO is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead and develop the Patient Access Specialists, drive reimbursement education, and translate plans that support benefits investigations and prior authorization for neuroscience products. You will motivate the district team to deliver urgent customer value.
Requirements include 8+ years in reimbursement or related fields, specialty pharmacy experience, CMS policy knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with up to 75% overnight
Qualifications
- 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
- Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge.
- Current driver’s license in good standing with ability to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve/exceed goals.
- Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
- Develop plans that translate benefits investigations and prior authorization processes for neuroscience products.
- Provide communication and motivation to the district toward delivering customer expectations and value.
- Remain versed in compliance regulations and ensure team training.
- Travel up to 75% as required; live within territory.
