Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in channel management, distribution management, account management, or sales within refrigeration/HVAC or related industries.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to analyze market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, and analytics tools; excellent presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor within CAREL branch teams, articulating the strategic and financial value of CAREL solutions to HVAC/R distribution in North America.
• Develop and execute strategic channel plans to drive revenue growth through refrigeration distribution partners across North America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership, partners, contractors, OEMs, and end users.
• Identify growth opportunities, drive market penetration, and develop joint business plans with channel partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and enablement programs to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
