Job summary

CAREL is seeking a Channel Manager – Refrigeration Distribution in Manheim, PA to drive revenue growth through the North American distribution network. You will develop channel strategies, engage distributors, and coordinate with sales and engineering teams to expand market coverage.

The role requires extensive channel management experience in refrigeration/HVAC, strong strategic planning, and English fluency.

Qualifications

Four-year university degree or equivalent experience required; business, engineering, marketing or related technical field preferred.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to analyze market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
5+ years in channel/distribution management or sales within refrigeration/HVAC or related industries; indirect sales experience preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and data analytics; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a key contributor within CAREL branch teams; articulate the value of CAREL solutions to HVAC/R distributors in North America.
Develop and execute strategic channel plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners.
Build and maintain relationships with distributor leadership, manufacturers reps, contractors, OEMs, and end users.
Identify and recruit channel partners; conduct quarterly business reviews and align on growth initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and product teams to support partner and customer success.
