Job summary

Troy University is seeking a Regional Recruiter for Mobile/Baldwin County. This full-time professional role focuses on building student prospect pipelines and developing recruiting strategies to grow enrollments.

College recruiters are an essential element of the University administrative team. Based on program and location capacity, recruiters build student prospects and new student markets by locating, establishing, assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and activities that enhance enrollments.

Driving is a primary responsibility

Extensive travel is required, some of which is overnight travel. Weekends and Evening work will also be required.
