Qualifications

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and building local community relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms; data-driven metrics experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and manage candidates through offer negotiation and handoff to onboarding.
• Partner with HR, Operations and leadership on workforce planning and process improvement.
• Represent Towne at career fairs and community events to strengthen brand visibility.
