Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Recruiter, Hourly to partner with hiring managers across markets, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build a proactive talent pipeline on the East Coast. The role emphasizes local market insight and relationship-building to deliver Towne Wow moments.

The position offers a base pay range of $67,000–$82,000 with benefits, incentives where applicable, and a strong focus on community engagement and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and building local relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance (EEO, ADA, FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering with hiring managers and regional leaders to translate staffing needs into recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local industry contacts to create a proactive talent pipeline.
• Represent Towne at career fairs and community events to strengthen local brand visibility.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment law and Towne policy.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and leadership on workforce planning and onboarding.
