Towne is seeking a Recruiter, Salaried on the East Coast to partner with senior leaders and build strategic hiring plans for salaried and executive roles. You will map markets, source passive candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment with confidentiality and precision.

You will advise leaders on compensation benchmarks, run searches using advanced tools, and mentor junior recruiters while ensuring compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP/AIRS/CIR) preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including salaried/executive roles, in multi-site environments.
