Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Recruiter, Hourly to partner with hiring managers and regional leaders across the Central Region. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening through onboarding, while building lasting relationships in local markets.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification is preferred, though not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, regional leaders and department heads to translate staffing needs into targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and onboard candidates for assigned client groups and markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local industry contacts to create a ready talent pipeline.
