Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a high-energy recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team across multiple treatment centers. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles such as counselors and nurses, partnering with local leadership to ensure top talent for patient care.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring in healthcare, addiction treatment, or human services preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident communicator with interpersonal and organizational strengths.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles (counselors, nurses, support staff).
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, and present qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage a timely hiring process.
• Extend offers and coordinate pre-hire steps with HR and onboarding.
