Job summary

Sanctuary Recovery Centers is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Recruiter to support our growing organization in Phoenix, AZ. You will source, recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, behavioral health, administrative, and support positions.
• Create and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and applicant flow.
• Attend career fairs and community outreach events.
• Develop recruiting strategies with leadership.
