Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy is seeking a Remote Behavioral Health Recruiter for a 1099 contract. You will source and screen candidates for clinical, operational, and support roles, managing from first contact through offers while coordinating virtual and in-person interviews.

You’ll build pipelines, support hiring managers with interview tools, and keep Breezy HR records up to date. If you thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting and know behavioral health hiring, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience including full cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in behavioral health or related clinical settings.
• Remote work experience and independence.
• Familiarity with Florida clinical qualifications is a plus.

Remote Behavioral Health Recruiter

1099 Contract | Remote | $25/hour

Behind every application is a person considering where they want to do meaningful work. You’ll be their first connection to our team. We’re looking for a recruiter who listens well, communicates with care, and helps us find the right people for the adolescents and adults we serve.You’ll manage recruiting for clinical, operational, and support positions. Your initial portfolio will include approximately 10 open roles, with three or four prioritized for active sourcing each week.

What you’ll do

• Schedule virtual and in person interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Help hiring managers use our interview guides and scorecards, prepare for interviews, and document feedback.

What you’ll bring

• RequiredAt least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a closely related clinical setting.
• Experience working independently and responsively in a remote role.
• Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• PreferredFlorida residency and familiarity with Florida clinical qualifications and licensure.
• Experience with Topgrading or another structured interview framework.
• Previous contract work or experience managing a flexible portfolio of searches.
• Experience recruiting for adolescent programs or PHP/IOP services.
