Onward Search is expanding its Behavioral Health Staffing Division and seeks a proactive Recruiter to source, recruit, and place behavioral health professionals with hospitals and health centers across the country.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment and excel at building strong candidate relationships while meeting KPI targets and contributing to division growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing with behavioral health recruiting preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing and placement processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
• Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and placements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates from job boards, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health professionals.
• Qualify candidates through thorough screenings and assess fit.
• Negotiate compensation and align with client needs.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement.
• Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies.
