Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for staff in the region. You will source, screen, and present candidates while coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with DOT and HR policies.

The role requires strong communication, HR knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% during peak recruitment seasons. Prior experience in recruiting and HR administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Experience in a construction environment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25–50% during peak season.

Responsabilités

• Own full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement for staff.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Supervise recruiter and admin activities in the region.
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts across the territory with DOT compliance.
• Manage ATS processes, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
• Develop advertising programs to increase candidate visibility.
