Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to locate Panda store sites, conduct market studies, and present opportunities to the RESAC for approval. You will finalize terms with Legal, Operations, and RD, while building strong cross‑functional relationships to support openings across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate experience with store openings and approvals.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days.
• Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings.

Responsibilities

• Locate Panda store sites within the assigned area and build real estate relationships.
• Negotiate site acquisitions and present to RESAC for approval.
• Support store openings to meet RESAC sales targets.
• Finalize contract terms with Legal, Operations, and RD.
• Develop relationships with Operations, Legal, RD, and Licensing.
• Conduct site tours with brokers and maintain tracking documents.
