Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Regional Real Estate Manager to locate Panda store sites, prepare market studies, and finalize terms for approved sites. The REM will present to RESAC and work with Legal, Operations, and Construction to ensure timely openings.

The role requires strong relationships in the real estate community, negotiation skills, and experience with store openings in a retail/hospitality setting. Travel is substantial, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate-related experience with increasing management and project management responsibility.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Locates Panda store sites within assigned geographic area by building relationships with the real estate community.
• Prepares and implements market studies on site feasibility.
• Negotiates site acquisition and presents sites to RESAC for approval; prepares and delivers RESAC packages.
• Finalizes contract terms with Legal, Operations, and RD for approved sites.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Operations, Legal, RD, and Licensing related to site acquisition and development.
• Attends Operations team meetings and communicates frequently and effectively.
