Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to locate Panda store sites, conduct market studies, and present opportunities to the RESAC for approval. You will finalize terms with Legal, Operations, and RD, while building strong cross‑functional relationships to support openings across the region.

The Regional Real Estate Manager (REM) is responsible for locating potential Panda store sites within the assigned geographic area for lease or purchase. This position prepares and implements market studies to determine the feasibility of potential sites. The REM presents potential sites and terms to the Real Estate Site Acquisition Committee (RESAC) and finalizes contract terms for approved sites.

Pay Range: M2: $128,500 - $180,000 / Annual
