Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Regional Real Estate Manager to locate store sites across the United States, conduct market studies, and present viable opportunities to RESAC. You will work with Legal, Operations, and RD to finalize terms and support timely openings.

The role requires building relationships with brokers, performing site tours, and maintaining tracking docs. Expect about 75% travel, including overnight stays, and a strong track record in retail/hospitality real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Locate Panda store sites within assigned geographic area by building relationships with the real estate community.
• Prepare and implement market studies on site feasibility according to guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Negotiate site acquisitions and present sites to RESAC for approval.
• Prepare RESAC packages and ensure timely delivery to upper management.
• Meet or exceed plan and drive store openings in accordance with RESAC approvals.
• Finalise contract terms with Legal, Operations, and RD for approved sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Operations, Legal, RD, and Licensing related to site acquisition and development.
• Attend Operations team meetings and communicate frequently and effectively.
• Proactively conduct site tours with brokers and Operations team.
• Update tracking documents and department resources (RD Data Management Platform, Tour Tracker, monthly updates).
