Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to locate and evaluate Panda store sites within the DC/MD/VA region. You will conduct market studies, negotiate terms, and present to RESAC for approval, coordinating with Legal, Operations and RD to finalize contracts.
The role requires 5+ years in real estate with store openings, a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business, and willingness to travel ~75% (including overnight). Remote in DC/VA/MD supported.
The Regional Real Estate Manager (REM) is responsible for locating potential Panda store sites within the assigned geographic area for lease or purchase. This position prepares and implements market studies to determine the feasibility of potential sites. The REM presents potential sites and terms to the Real Estate Site Acquisition Committee (RESAC) and finalizes contract terms for approved sites.

Pay Range: M2: $128,500 - $180,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
