You will build financial models, monitor costs, and coordinate with lenders, operators, and partners from pre-development through stabilization. The role emphasizes market research, reporting, and strategic investment analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate or finance.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and return analyses for development projects.
• Track budgets, entitlements, permitting, construction progress, and milestones.
• Prepare monthly draw packages and lender/management reports.
• Support acquisitions, underwriting, and investment committee presentations.
