Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Analytical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of Quality Systems and manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of experience leading in a heavily matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development, implementation, and sustainability of a scalable QMS for start-up sites.
• Define and monitor QMS KPIs for start-up and sustaining environments.
• Drive Global Quality Systems initiatives across start-up sites to meet global standards.
• Coach and mentor Site Quality Systems teams at start-up locations.
• Align start-up Quality Systems objectives with regional and corporate strategies.
• Build and sustain a regional network of Quality Systems professionals.
