Job summary

Jabil seeks a US Regional Quality Systems Manager for Large Form Factor assembly, onsite in Salt Lake City (with Memphis as a secondary location). You will lead the regional QMS deployment, drive ISO 9001:2015 readiness, and mentor site teams across start-up and growth phases.

The role emphasizes governance, metrics, and continuous improvement to enable scalable, reliable production ramp and quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development and deployment of a scalable QMS for US Large Form Factor sites, aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Own QMS deployment for greenfield and early-stage LFF sites, establishing core processes and governance.
• Define and monitor regional Quality Systems governance with site-level flexibility.
• Develop, deploy, and track QMS KPIs including maturity, audit readiness, and corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor Site Quality Systems teams to build sustainable local stewardship.
