Job summary

Jabil Electronics Division is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality strategy across multiple SMT and Through-Hole manufacturing sites. You will drive operational excellence, ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance, and partner with Site Operations to deliver measurable quality improvements.

The role requires strong leadership across a matrixed organization, hands-on quality expertise, and the ability to escalate and resolve critical customer issues while promoting best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or analytical discipline.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Quality or manufacturing; 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Quality strategy across multiple SMT/through-hole sites.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in quality performance.
• Mentor Quality Managers and engineers; deploy global/regional initiatives.
• Partner with operations and engineering to resolve major customer issues.
• Promote use of structured problem-solving and risk management.
