Job summary

Jabil is seeking a US Regional Quality Systems Manager - Growth Sites to lead the deployment and ongoing sustainability of Global Quality Systems for new startup sites, ensuring rapid ISO 9001:2015 readiness and alignment with corporate strategy.

You will own QMS deployment, establish core quality system elements, define KPI dashboards, and mentor site teams to drive scalable quality across multiple manufacturing environments while supporting ramp-up and certification efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Analytical discipline required.
• 7+ years of relevant Quality Systems and manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in management within a heavily matrixed environment.
• Experience implementing startup Quality Management Systems.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development, implementation, and sustainability of a scalable QMS for startup sites to achieve ISO 9001:2015 readiness.
• Own QMS deployment for greenfield sites and establish core quality system elements such as document control, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Define and monitor QMS KPIs, drive standardized development methodologies, and ensure global standards are embedded at new operations.
• Develop and mentor Site Quality Systems teams and align objectives with regional and corporate strategies.
• Act as regional escalation point for systemic quality and compliance issues at startup sites.
