Jabil in the United States is seeking a US Regional Quality Systems Manager - Growth Sites to lead the integration and sustainability of Global Quality Systems for new US manufacturing sites and ensure rapid ISO 9001:2015 certification readiness while aligning with corporate strategy.

You will build regional QMS governance, deploy core processes, mentor site teams, and drive data‑driven improvements across startup operations, balancing pace with quality to support scalable, compliant production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or analytical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Quality Systems & manufacturing.
• 5 years in management in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Experience implementing start-up Quality Management Systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Travel 25-30%; US and potential international.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional development and deployment of a scalable QMS for start-up sites.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 certification readiness and alignment to corporate strategy.
• Establish governance model across sites with flexibility for maturity.
• Define and monitor QMS KPIs including audit performance and readiness milestones.
• Coach and mentor Site Quality Systems teams for rapid capability build-out.
• Act as regional escalation point for systemic quality and compliance issues.
