Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across the Southeast region. You’ll ensure compliance with IPG and external standards, drive a culture of quality, and manage QA programs while traveling to multi-site facilities.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and directs Quality Managers for complete compliance with IPG Quality Program requirements and external standards.
• Ensures use of Krinkle Application in all facilities in the region.
• Participates in IQAP and documents findings with action plans.
• Ensures QC certifications are up-to-date and compliant.
• Oversees daily QA activities, inspections, and testing.
• Ensures documentation and records meet required standards.
• Leads regional QC meetings and reviews corrective actions.
• Provides training for plant QC staff.
• Support third-party audits and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Reports quality issues to regional management and drives timely action.
• Recommends repairs for product and corrective actions on designs.
• Maintains regional database for key quality documents.
• Maintains knowledge of precast processes and industry developments.
