Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across Southeast facilities. You will champion a Culture of Quality, ensure compliance with IPG Quality Program, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years in precast/concrete or related industry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multi-site quality programs. Travel ~75% to KY, AL, TN, GA, SC, FL is expected.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and allocate resources.
• Written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to effectively implement and utilize process and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of effective and efficient quality & continuous improvement methods.

Responsabilités

• Manages and directs Quality Managers for complete compliance with all IPG Quality Program requirements as well as all ACPA, NPCA, PCI, DOT, and local requirements.
• Ensures full Krinkle Application utilization in all facilities within the region.
• Participates in Bi-Annual Internal Quality Assessment Plan (IQAP) documenting findings and creating action plans.
• Ensures all required QC employee certifications are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
• Holds monthly regional QC meetings to review corrective actions and KPI's.
• Leads with plant teams on internal and external quality issues using root-cause analysis.
• Provides monthly training for plant QC managers and technicians.
• Maintains regional database for key quality control documents.
