Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across multiple facilities in the Southeast region. The role focuses on building a strong culture of quality, ensuring compliance with IPG Quality Program, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

The position requires leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Implement and utilize processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methods.
• 7+ years of precast concrete experience or related industry experience.
• Travel expectations are approximately 75%.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Managers and Technicians to ensure IPG quality program compliance.
• Oversee QC inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal IQAP assessments and action plans.
• Maintain regional QC meetings and corrective actions.
• Support third-party audits and regulatory compliance.
• Train plant QC staff monthly.
• Maintain regional quality data and trends.
• Recommend corrective actions on mix and steel designs.
