Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across Southeast facilities. You will drive a Culture of Quality, adhere to IPG standards, and coordinate across multiple sites to ensure safe, compliant production of precast concrete products.

The role demands strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is not indicated; travel ~75% is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Quality Managers and Technicians to uphold IPG Quality Program.
• Ensure full Krinkle Application usage across facilities in the region.
• Participate in Bi-Annual IQAP and create action plans for deficiencies.
• Maintain up-to-date QC employee certifications and compliance.
• Oversee daily QA activities, inspections, and testing.
• Ensure compliance documentation for DOT, ACPA, NPCA, PCI, ACI & IPG.
• Lead monthly regional QC meetings and review corrective actions.
• Lead plant responses to quality issues with root cause analysis.
• Provide monthly training for plant QC staff.
• Ensure third-party requirements are followed.
• Assist audits and support facility evaluations.
• Report quality issues to regional management with timely closes.
• Recommend repairs to products and corrective actions on designs.
• Support progressive disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain regional database for QC documents.
• Maintain knowledge of precast processes and industry trends.
