Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead the Quality program across Southeast facilities. You will drive a culture of quality, oversee QC Managers and Technicians, and ensure adherence to IPG standards and external regulations.

This on-site role requires ~75% travel and strong communication skills, with 7+ years in precast/concrete industries and a degree in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and allocate resources across multiple plants.
• Strong written and oral communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Supervisory experience managing Quality Managers and Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC Managers and Technicians to uphold IPG Quality Program across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, ACPA, NPCA, PCI, and other regulations.
• Hold monthly regional QC meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Provide training for plant QC managers and technicians.
• Maintain regional database for key quality documents.
