Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across the Southeast region, driving a culture of quality and compliance.

You will manage IPG Quality Program, ensure Krinkle usage, and train staff while coordinating audits and corrective actions across multiple facilities. This role is on-site with ~75% travel in the Southeast region.

• 7+ years of precast concrete experience or related industry experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Production, Quality Systems or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Travel expectations are approximately 75%

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs Quality Managers for complete compliance with IPG Quality Program requirements as well as all applicable standards.
• Ensures full Krinkle Application utilization in all facilities within the region.
• Participates in Bi-Annual Internal Quality Assessment Plan (IQAP) with action plans to correct deficiencies.
• Ensures all QC certifications are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
• Oversees daily QC activities including inspections and testing.
• Leads monthly regional QC meetings to review corrective actions and KPI’s.
• Assists in third-party audits and ensures proper corrective actions are closed out.
