Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians across Southeast facilities, driving a Culture of Quality and ensuring compliance with IPG, ACPA, NPCA, PCI, DOT, and other standards.

You will oversee data-driven quality improvement, mentor staff, manage multi-site operations, and report to regional leadership while traveling about 75% to sites in the Southeast. This on-site role requires strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of precast concrete experience or related industry experience.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Quality Managers and Technicians to ensure IPG and industry standards compliance.
• Oversee QC activities across multiple facilities and perform internal quality assessments.
• Develop and implement corrective actions, provide monthly training, and manage documentation.
