Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead Quality Managers and Technicians, upholding a Culture of Quality across multiple facilities in the Southeast. The role ensures compliance with IPG, ACPA, NPCA, PCI, DOT, and internal standards while driving continuous improvement.

You will train teams, coordinate audits, manage RCA-driven actions, and report to regional leadership. Expect travel ~75% and a focus on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of precast concrete experience or related industry experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and drive quality programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Managers and Technicians to maintain a culture of quality.
• Oversee IPG Quality Program compliance across facilities.
• Coordinate QA activities, audits, testing, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing training and drive corrective actions and RCA.
• Report findings to regional management and manage action plans.
