Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee QC functions for Concrete Hardscape and Masonry plants in the Tracy and Stockton region. The role focuses on process inspections, final product checks, personnel scheduling, and data-driven improvements to meet quality goals on schedule and within budget.
The position requires expertise in ASTM/CSA specs, production methods, and leadership. Travel up to 50% and bilingual ability are preferred; relocation or onsite work at Tracy/Stockton

The Quality Manager will work closely with our Concrete Hardscape and Masonry product plants within your region (Tracy and Stockton). This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily QC functions including process inspections, final product inspections, scheduling of support personnel, reporting on regular basis to management team with respect to processes improvements, repetitive quality defects, non-conforming products, and other quality concerns. Additionally, the Regional Quality Manager must demonstrate the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels of the organization and work as a team player to efficiently deliver quality goals on schedule and within budget.
