Applebee's in Sapulpa, OK seeks a seasoned District Manager to drive sales and profitability across multiple restaurants. You will lead and coach Restaurant General Managers, implement financial controls, and ensure operations align with company policies to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in district management within QSR, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of developing teams and driving sales growth while upholding OSHA/EEOC

Qualifications

• 4+ years of district management experience in the QSR industry.
• Experience supervising Restaurant General Managers for 4–10 units.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws.
• Proven success developing sales-building strategies for assigned restaurants.
• Strong financial management and people development.
• Excellent computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform all duties of restaurant positions.
