Job summary

Applebee's is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant operations across multiple units. The role focuses on increasing sales and profits through disciplined financial management, strong leadership, and enforcement of company policies to ensure consistent success across company restaurants.

The District Manager will support Restaurant General Managers, develop targeted sales strategies, and mentor teams while upholding standards of service and operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ District Management experience in the QSR industry.
• Proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for 4–10 units.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits through strong financial management and leadership of RGM teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Provide direction and support to Restaurant General Managers to operate successful company restaurants.
