Qualifications
- 4+ years of district management experience in QSR
- Proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for 4–10 units
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws
- Experience developing sales-building strategies for company restaurants
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform all job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance of multiple restaurants to maximize sales and profits
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to Restaurant General Managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures
- Develop and implement sales-building strategies and financial plans
- Mentor and develop leadership teams across districts
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement
