Qualifications

• 4+ years of district management experience in QSR.
• Proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for multiple units.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EEOC regulations and employment laws.
• Excellent computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to oversee all restaurant positions.
