Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to train PTI installers and certified builders, perform warranty evaluations, and handle field-based inspections across the Western US. The role covers travel and some remote work, focusing on Pebble Technology finishes.

The ideal candidate has pool plastering or cement finishing experience, or a construction-related degree, and must reside in the Phoenix metro area or Southern/Central California.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to work with installers, builders and customers.
• Organizational ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor field activities.
• Construction/manual labor experience is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and field software.
• Background in water chemistry is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly recommended.
• Travel up to 60% within region (day and overnight).
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to PTI's installers and certified builders.
• Conduct warranty evaluations and perform repairs as needed.
• Travel to regional installers and builders for visits and urgent issues.
• Inspect homes and resolve escalated customer situations related to Pebble Tec finishes.
• Maintain communications with Warranty Administrator, Customer Service Manager and Director.
• Coordinate with PTI Sales Managers to ensure seamless customer service.
